About the role
A mid-sized biotechnology research company in Boston is hiring for this role. You will lead the development of deep learning models and scalable image-processing pipelines for medical imaging. The role exists to bring imaging AI into clinical trial workflows alongside clinical, regulatory and drug development teams.
What you'll do
- Develop deep learning models for disease detection, segmentation and quantification in medical images
- Build scalable image-processing pipelines
- Monitor treatment response in clinical trials using imaging
- Integrate imaging AI into trial workflows with clinical, regulatory and drug development teams
- Develop imaging biomarkers and present model performance and insights to leadership and external partners
What you bring
- Experience developing deep learning models for medical imaging
- Experience building scalable image-processing pipelines
- Ability to work with clinical, regulatory and drug development teams
- Clear communication of model results to leadership and external partners
