A mid-sized medical practices company in Quebec is hiring for this role. The director oversees daily operations and performance at the surgical facilities in Quebec City and Laval. You will own how operating room capacity, schedules, staffing, budgets and equipment are managed, while working closely with surgeons.

- Keep the facilities ready for accreditation and support a strong patient experience across the full surgical pathway
What you bring
- Experience leading operations in a surgical or clinical setting
- Ability to manage staffing, budgets and scheduling at the facility level
- Skill in working alongside surgeons and clinical teams
- Working knowledge of patient safety standards and accreditation readiness
