About the role
A large mechanical or industrial engineering company in Franklin is hiring for this role. You will keep industrial electrical systems and manufacturing equipment running, and help improve reliability through equipment upgrades and continuous improvement work.
What you'll do
- Diagnose, repair and maintain motors, drives, PLCs, sensors and control panels
- Service furnaces and welding systems
- Install and modify electrical and control systems
- Support automation and equipment upgrades
- Document maintenance work and follow safety requirements
What you bring
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting industrial electrical systems and manufacturing equipment
- Working knowledge of PLCs, drives, motors, sensors and control panels
- A firm commitment to safe work practices
- Careful documentation habits and an interest in reliability and continuous improvement
