About the role
A large financial services company in Kitchener is hiring for this role. You will own maintenance operations across four residential properties, keeping buildings safe, compliant and running well for residents. The role exists to balance repairs, budgets and people so the properties run efficiently and sustainably.
What you'll do
- Oversee preventive maintenance and emergency repairs across four residential properties
- Keep building systems running and resolve issues quickly
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate outside contractors
- Manage maintenance budgets across the portfolio
- Keep suite turnovers on schedule and support resident satisfaction
What you bring
- Experience leading maintenance operations in residential or multi-site buildings
- Experience supervising staff and coordinating contractors
- Comfort owning and managing a maintenance budget
- Working knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in residential properties
- A practical focus on sustainable, efficient property operations
