About the role
A large software development company in Mountain View is hiring for this role. You will own financial planning and analysis for multi-cloud platform spending, and the role exists to give engineering and infrastructure teams a clear, auditable view of what that spend is and where it can come down.
What you'll do
- Build driver-based forecasts for multi-cloud platform spending
- Attribute shared costs across products, providers and regions
- Analyze spending trends and surface the drivers behind them
- Partner with engineering and infrastructure operations to set efficiency KPIs
- Deliver cost-reduction roadmaps and scale auditable financial processes and self-service cost reporting
