About the role
A large biotechnology research company in Indianapolis is hiring for this role. You will oversee a portfolio of plasma donation centres and own their operational performance, quality compliance and readiness for regulatory audits. The role exists to keep the centres running safely and consistently while developing the leaders who run them.
What you'll do
- Oversee a portfolio of plasma donation centres and drive operational performance
- Lead process improvement across the centres
- Maintain quality compliance and keep each site ready for regulatory audits
- Partner with centre leaders and corporate teams to resolve operational issues
- Develop management talent, support recruitment and keep facilities safe and compliant
What you bring
- Experience overseeing operations across multiple sites or teams
- Working knowledge of quality compliance and regulatory audit environments
- The ability to coach and develop site managers
- Comfort working with both centre leaders and corporate teams
